- Blog for a running feed of blog posts
- Photos for a photo gallery
- Landing Page for marketing capabilities
- Custom to create a fully custom calendar type specific to your needs
If you select a predefined calendar type other than "Custom", your calendar's table schema will automatically be created and you can skip step 3 if you do not require extended customizations.
Users have Three options for creating forms:
Table Schema - Use the Table Schema form builder to build dynamic forms with the specific fields you want to use. This does not require any coding skills.
Open the Table Schema panel to begin adding your form fields. Click the green + button to the right to add a field.
Fill out the name of your field in lower case text with _ between words. A label will be created for you dynamically. After adding all fields for your form, click Submit.
View a glossary of table schema terms on the Datatables - Table Schema page.
Select a Form - This option requires the selection of a pre-built form already uploaded to Solodev. You can build the form using the form builder. Click on the website properties tab then click Select Form. Click here to learn more about adding forms with the form builder.
Find the form in the file tree. Click on your form, then click OK. Then click SUBMIT.
Upload a Form - This is where you would upload a custom form. This is a good option when there is a lot of customization or you want to display a certain way.
Below is an example of a sample form template used to collect information from visitors to a website.
<h2>Tell us about yourself</h2> <div class="form-group"> <label for="name">Your Name</label> <input id="name" name="name" placeholder="Your Name*" required type="text"> </div> <div class="form-group"> <label for="email">Your Name</label> <input id="email" name="email" placeholder="Your Email*" required type="text"> </div> <div class="form-group"> <label for="company">Your Name</label> <input id="company" name="company" placeholder="Company Name*" required type="text"> </div> <div class="form-group"> <label for="phone">Your Name</label> <input id="phone" name="phone" placeholder="Phone Number*" required type="text"> </div> <input type="submit" name="submit">
After clicking Finish you will be directed to the grid view of your newly formed calendar.
