Website Settings Overview

Solodev allows you manage certain pieces of information related to your domain and your Solodev instance. If your domain is properly configured for Solodev, you can add domain aliases, add a staging version of the site, modify global meta information, and more. The following articles will help you modify domain information inside of Solodev.

All Website Settings can be found by clicking on the specific website in left navigation and clicking on "Update Website".

Domain Information

Domain Information features top-level functionality pertinent to your domain(s) managed in Solodev. In the Domain Information panel in the Update Website modal, you can specify a staging address, enable a CDN, or add aliases to your domain.

SSL Information

SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) is the standard security technology for establishing an encrypted link between a web server and a browser. This link ensures that all data passed between the web server and browsers remain private and integral. You Solodev website can easily utilize a SSL certificate.

Payment Information

Solodev allows you to process and accept payments on your website as well as turning sandbox mode on when you're testing and turning it off when you're ready to sell. You can choose from payment gateways such as PayPal and although other payment processors will be integrated in the near future.

Delete Website

Delete a website from your Solodev installation if you are no longer using it and have determined that it is no longer necessary. Do be careful when choosing to delete a website from Solodev.
